pdfjam est très pratique pour imprimer un livre à partir d'un pdf. C'est la seule ligne de commande qui permet d'à la fois inverser le document sur la tranche et de faire plusieurs cahiers (booklets). 

pdfjam --landscape  --otheredge --signature 40 /path/to/your/document.pdf
